SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's golf will send four players to next week's Bill Cullum Invitational.
The Broncos, appearing as individuals, will join golfers from 15 other schools who will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday. Cal State Fullerton, Long Beach State, Northern Colorado, University of Redlands, Seattle, Southern Utah, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, Utah State, Weber State and CSUN are the 12 schools vying for the team title.
Das, DelBiaggio, Johnson and Watson will each be making his first appearance of the season.
The Broncos, No. 18 in the most recent Golfweek national ranking, are off to a tremendous start to the season. They captured the team title at The Jackrabbit (Oct. 1-2), the season-opening tournament played in Valentine, Nebraska, and were the runners-up at last week's The Alister MacKenzie in nearly Fairfax, California.
Watson played in 10 of the team's 11 tournaments in 2016-17 and Das in six events.
Delbiaggio and Johnson will be suiting up for Santa Clara for the first time. Delbiaggo is a sophomore who transferred from Bryant College in the offseason and Johnson did not see action as a true freshman last year.

Details: The field will play 36 holes on Monday beginning with a shotgun start at 7:45 a.m. Final round play on Tuesday will consist of 18 holes with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
