Santa Clara University Sports Medicine is dedicated to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries suffered by Bronco student-athletes. It is the intent of the Santa Clara University Sports Medicine Center to provide the best quality medical care to our student-athletes. As part of Santa Clara University, we strive to serve as an active member of the university community. In caring for our student-athletes, we strictly abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the NCAA, the American Medical Association, and the National Athletic Trainers Association.

The Sports Medicine Center is actively involved in the health and well-being of our student-athletes. The staff includes 3 full-time certified athletic trainers, as well as 4 graduate assistant athletic trainers, medical assistant and 12 student interns. Dr. Michael Dillingham and Dr. Jeffrey Saal, owners of the Sports Orthopedic and Rehabilitation (SOAR) Clinic and team physicians for many Bay Area professional teams and Olympic athletes, serve as Santa Clara team physicians. Ron Kaminski, owner of MORE Physical Therapy clinics is Santa Clara's team physical therapist and works closely with Bronco student-athletes. The Sports Medicine Center works directly with the Cowell Student Health Center, as well as other medical specialists in the Santa Clara area.
