Tricia Guidance enters her 13th season with the Broncos in 2014-15.  She assists head coach Ben Cabell in all aspects of the program.

In 2014, Le was named All-WCC first team and Delphine Rouvillois and Stephanie Skaras were both named All-WCC Honorable Mention in Singles. The All-WCC teams were based on a coaches ballot.  Chelby Cooke and Le as the No. 1 doubles WCC All-Tournament Team.  Le headlined the WCC All-Academic list with her third straight appearance positing a 3.80 grade point average (GPA) as a Computer Engineering major. In addition, Rouvillois made the All-Academic Team for the first time while Cooke and Skaras received honorable mentions for their academic achievements.

During the 2013 regular season, the Broncos achieved their highest ranking in program history (No. 51). They went on to make it to the semifinals of the WCC Tennis Championship for the second year in a row.

A bench at the Degheri Tennis Center was dedicated to Guidace, in honor of all that she has done, and continues to do for the Bronco Women's Tennis program.

Guidace spent the 2004 campaign as the program's interim head coach, named to the position in September 2003. She led the team to a 12-12 mark with seven nationally-ranked teams on the schedule, and a fourth-place finish at the West Coast Conference Championship.

Guidace originally joined the SCU program in October 2002 as an assistant coach, and helped lead the Broncos to a third-place finish at the West Coast Conference Championships for the second straight year, and an 11th ranking in the Northwest Region.

Guidace attended Presentation High School in nearby San Jose as well as San Jose State University. She has been an assistant professional at the San Jose Swim & Racquet Club for the last seven years. She worked on campus the past three summers as an instructor of the Santa Clara Nike Tennis Camp.

Guidace and her husband John have a daughter, Ashley. The family resides in Willow Glen.
