SANTA CLARA, Calif - The women's tennis team will return to Degheri Center this week to host Sonoma State on Friday, February 6 at 1:00 pm, and Pacific on Saturday, February 7 at 1:00 pm. The Broncos are currently 1-2 this season after last week's loss to UC Davis.
"We expect to do very well against Sonoma State," said head coach Ben Cabell. "With the Pacific match the following day we're going to give a few players a rest during the Sonoma match and work in some new faces into the lineup. Pacific has a very strong team this year so will be a good test to see if we can keep up with them."
Last Time Out
Santa Clara was defeated by UC Davis 5-2 at Davis on January 30. The match was the Broncos' first road trip of the season.
