SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Riding a six-game winning streak, No. 11 Santa Clara women's soccer has been playing extremely well of late. One of the biggest contributors has been Sofia Huerta. Huerta is second on the team with seven goals and has two assists.
Huerta also played for Mexico in the U-20 World Cup last year and recently made her debut with the full Mexican national team in a game against the U.S. ESPNW spoke to Huerta about her soccer experience at Santa Clara and playing for Mexico.
