ARROYO GRANDE, Calif. - The Santa Clara University women's golf team finished the day right where it started, in third place, finishing behind Cal Poly and Cal State Northridge in a four-team tournament Tuesday afternoon at the Cypress Ridge Golf Club.

The Broncos shot a 349 on the day, led by Jennifer Taylor's and Jessica Lamberty's scores of 85. Taylor finished in 10th place with a two-day total of 169, while Lamberty finished 11th with a 170 total.

Courtney Dimpel-Composti shot a second round 89 which placed her in a tie for 15th with a two-day score of 173. Kelly Wendorf finished 19th and Caitlyn McNary finished 21st with scores of 179 and 187, respectively.

Santa Clara will return to action March 25-26 when it hosts the Santa Clara Colby Classic in Carmel, Calif. The Broncos will focus on getting ready for the WCC Tournament which three weeks after the Colby Classic.
