THE SANTA CLARA 'FASTBREAK CLUB'

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Santa Clara University women's basketball team, in conjunction with Mondo Burrito, has addded two spring luncheons featuring the team's coaches and players. Wednesday, Jan. 20 and Wednesday, Feb. 17 (both beginning at 12 p.m, at Mondo Burrito).

Part of the program's 'Fastbreak Club,' the events are designed to offer fans and community members an inside look at the latest news and happenings within the Broncos' program.

The luncheons begins with a 'Meet and Greet' at 12 p.m. The luncheon costs $50 and includes the two spring events (Jan. and Feb.).

The Broncos are under the direction of second-year head coach Jennifer Mountain, a veteran of four-straight West Coast Conference regular-season titles. Mountain's 2009-10 roster includes nine new players. The young team has faced one of the nation's toughest non-conference schedules, playing at the University of Iowa, UCLA, traveling to the University of Oregon and West Virginia University.
