SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Concluding a three-game homestand to open the season, Santa Clara women's basketball welcomes USC to Leavey on Friday at 7 p.m.

The Broncos picked up their first win of the year on Tuesday night against UC Santa Barbara by a score of 68-63.

SERIES HISTORY
Santa Clara is 0-2 all-time against USC with the first meeting coming in the 1979 and the last in 2015.

THE BRONCOS
Santa Clara (1-1) is scoring 68.5 points per game while shooting 46.6-percent from the field and 38.1-percent from beyond the arc.

Kyla Martin is the top available scorer with 14.0 ppg and leads the team with 6.0 assists per game. She had her first career double-double against UCSB with a career-high 17 points and a career-best 11 assists while committing no turnovers.

Taylor Berry is averaging 12.0 ppg and is tied for the team-lead with 5.5 rpg. Morgan McGwire scores 9.5 ppg and adds 5.5 rpg while Dru Toleafoa adds 9.5 ppg and 4.5 rpg. Toleafoa also set a career-high with 17 points against the Gauchos.

THE TROJANS
USC (2-0) is averaging 81.0 ppg while holding opponents to 46.5 The Trojans shoot 50.0-percent from the floor and 41.3-percent from downtown. They have a plus-8.5 rebound differential.

Four players are averaging in double-figures with Aliyah Mazyck's 19.5 leadig the way. She adds 6.0 rpg and leads the team with 4.0 steals per game as well. Sadie Edwards is averaging 18.0 ppg with Kristen Simon scoring 15.5 ppg and grabbing a team-high 7.5 rpg. Minyon Moore scores 12.5 ppg and leads the way with 7.5 apg.

Parking: For weekday games, the Leavey Center lot, located on Accolti Way off El Camino Real, is free beginning one hour prior to tipoff. Any other parking facility on campus will be subject to normal daily rates or restrictions, including the main structure, located on Palm Drive.
