WHY I CHOSE SANTA CLARA: Santa Clara is a beautiful and welcoming campus with an excellent reputation for outstanding academic programs and successful alumni. My academic interests are in the field of business, and the Leavey School of Business is a very highly respected program which will help me prepare for future success. The location is perfect because it is away from home, but still close enough for a quick trip to visit my family. Santa Clara's Jesuit foundation is also a great match with my faith, and a continuation of my Catholic education. Finally, I love the basketball team and the coaches, who have been approachable, relatable and welcoming.
