SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The No. 14 Santa Clara men's water polo team will continue to face top-ranked competition this weekend as they square off with conference rival No. 5 Loyola Marymount in Davis, Calif. on Friday, Oct. 31 at 7 p.m., and host No. 2 Stanford on Sunday, Nov. 2. at noon. The Broncos look to get back into the win column as they dropped their last two matches and fell two spots in the national rankings, under the leadership of offensive leader, redshirt junior Jack Wall who was named a WWPA Top Performer of the Week.

Last Week for the Broncos
The Broncos opened up play in their new home, the Sullivan Aquatic Center, this past weekend. Santa Clara, who was ranked No. 12, defeated then No. 20 Air Force 9-7, but fell to California Baptist 9-7 in the afternoon on Oct. 25. The following day they fell 17-6 to then No. 3 California.

WWPA Top Performer of Week
Redshirt junior Jack Wall was named a WWPA Top Performer for the week of Oct. 27. Wall, who missed last season due to injury, has led the Bronco offense this season, scoring 50 goals in 22 games. Versus then No. 3 California and California Baptist, Wall scored five goals. He also tallied two goals versus then No. 20 Air Force.
