Despite Nicolas Vinel’s upset of the No. 1 seed in the quarterfinals, Vinel eventually fell in the semifinals. The Broncos’ only doubles team fell in the quarterfinals.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men’s tennis junior Kyle Dandan (KD) is the Broncos’ No.1 player who came from the Philippines. As a freshman, Dandan was named an All WCC Honorable Mention player and was ranked No.1 in the Philippines in all age groups with a record of 68 victories in singles and 62 in doubles. He led Santa Clara to one of the program's best-ever seasons last year with 13 victories and earned All-WCC Second Team Singles honors.

MORAGA, Calif. - The Bronco men’s tennis team played 14 singles and six doubles matches at the Saint Mary’s Gael Classic, Moraga, Calif. on Sat., Nov. 6. The Broncos collected 11 victories and four SCU players were on the way to the finals in singles before the rains started Sunday and washed away the tournament.
