The 19-4 Santa Clara squad improved to 4-1 in West Coast Conference play with two WCC wins last weekend. The Broncos dropped local rival Saint Mary's on Sat., Apr. 13 before ousting then-No. 19 San Diego. In singles, Kyle Dandan improved on an outstanding senior campaign by defeating an opponent in the ITA's top-40 singles player. The senior from the Philippines was ranked No. 78 in last week's poll and with his victory over No. 36 Nikola Bubnic of USD, he moved to No. 68.
