Head coach Cameron Rast, on game: "We made a couple of mistakes early on and they punished us for them. They definitely deserved to get their two goals and I think that we earned ours as well. Overall, we need to come out sharp every game if we are going to start winning consistently."
Rast, on second half performance: "We created some good chances, but again we were not sharp enough with the ball to get both goals back. We tried to send some balls in to our big target players up front and we had some success with that. Hopefully, we will come out with a good effort on Sunday."
Forward Ryan Brown, on game: "In the first half, we had a bunch of opportunities but we could not finish them and they took advantage of their chances. It is unfortunate that we seem to have some trouble scoring. The effort is there, but we are not finishing. I think it will come though. We have a great team and I believe that we will keep getting better."
Brown, on first career goal: "I saw that I was one-on-one with the defender so I took it inside and got some space. No one was coming at me, so I just took the shot and I wanted to make sure it was on goal. It felt great to see it go in. I am glad to get my first goal but we need to keep working harder and finishing our chances so we can get some wins."
Sophomore Jide Ogunbiyi, on comeback: "We knew that we had to get a goal early in the second half and we did. The red card was a bit unfortunate, but we kept going forward. The coaches told us to get some balls forward and knock them down to create some chances. We did that, but the second goal just didn't come."
Ogunbiyi, on playing forward: "I am feeling comfortable up there. Last season, I switched a little between the back and front, so it is nice to know that I am just playing forward. I am still coming back from a bit of an injury so I want to get back to 100 percent and keep helping the team."
