KAHUKU, HI - Santa Clara University freshman Rick Lamb was in the red in all three rounds at the Turtle Bay Resort College Invitational and junior Scott Travers also finished in the top-10. Lamb was just one shot off of tying for first place. SCU placed third as team, completing an outstanding 2009 fall season.

Santa Clara was three-under at the twelve-team event, and the showing moved them into 84th in the national team rankings. Sophomore Cory Mehl tied for 18th and shot one-under on the final day.

Travers - who ranks among the nation's leaders in scoring average (69.4) - placed in the top-10 in all five of the Broncos tournaments this fall. The Hawaii event rounded-out the Broncos strong fall showing. Next up is the Anteater Invitational hosted by UC Irvine on February 1-2.
