PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. - The Santa Clara men's golf team finished eighth at the 2008 Saint Mary's Invitational held at the Poppy Hills Golf Course in Pebble Beach, Calif.

Senior Jonathan Keane led the Broncos as he was tied for sixth at one-under-par. Keane led the tournament with 14 birdies.

The University of San Francisco was named the team champion while Domingo Jojola took home the individual title (207/-6).

Freshman Ronnald Monaco earned a top-30 finish at six-over-par, while junior Jimmy Cacho tied for 35th overall at seven-over-par.

The Broncos return to action on October 5-6 at the Windon Memorial Classic hosted by Northwestern. The two day event will be held at the North Shore Country Club in Glenview, Ill.
