Pasta Feed and Bronco Legends Celebration
On Sat., Jan. 17, 2015 Santa Clara University Alumni Association will host a Pasta Feed and Bronco Legends Celebration in the Pat Malley Fitness Center. The Pasta Feed will being at 12:30 with a men’s basketball game vs. San Francisco to follow at 3 p.m. This year's Bronco Legends program will honor the 50th Anniversary of Rowing at SCU.

Men’s Rowing Concludes Fall Season at Head of the Lagoon Saturday
Santa Clara men’s rowing will take part in its second and final race of the short fall season Saturday at the 15th annual Head of the Lagoon in Foster City, Calif. Four crews are scheduled to row for the Broncos: two novice 8 boats, one varsity 8 boat and a varsity 4 boat.

Men’s Rowing off to a Good Start at the Head of the American; Novice 8 Boat Wins 14-Team Event
The Santa Clara men’s rowing Novice 8 and Varsity 8 boats competed in their first race of the fall season at the Head of the American last Saturday, Oct. 25. The Novice 8 surpassed 13 competing boats and won their race in the Collegiate Novice 8. In the Open 8 event, Santa Clara’s young Varsity 8 team placed 6th out of 19 boats.

Men's Rowing Begins 50th Season at Head of the American Saturday
The Santa Clara men's rowing team will begin its 50th season this Saturday at the Head of the American in Lake Natoma, Calif. It marks the Broncos' only competition in fall 2014. Santa Clara is slated to send two boats to the races, with one crew participating in the Open 8 category and another participating in the Collegiate Novice 8 Category.

Watch this Week's Bronco Weekly Sports Wrap
On this week's edition of the Bronco Weekly Sports Wrap, co-hosts Denzel Johnson from the men's basketball team and Nici Gilday from the women's basketball team give a quick update on the latest Bronco sports news. This edition features interviews, highlights, pictures and bloopers that you won't want to miss! As the men and women's soccer teams continue their WCC play, EyeBronco talked to Ryan Masch about his combined game winning goal and three points against Portland over the weekend. Masch scored with two minutes remaining against Portland to give the Broncos a 2-1 win on Sunday. This Wrap also features EyeBronco interviews over the past week with Andrew Papenfus and cross country runners Kelly Ryan and Bryan Crook. Lastly, men's rowing is just about to start its season this weekend. Sean Jackson and Karlsen Termini sat down for their first EyeBronco interview to tell us more about the men's rowing program. Men's Rowing Rounds out Regular Season at Western Sprints
Santa Clara men's rowing will compete in the Western Sprints regatta at Lake Natoma in Rancho Cordova, Calif. on Sat., May 17. Gonzaga University, UC San Diego, University of San Diego and Santa Clara make up the field of four teams in the final scheduled race of the Broncos' 2014 sprint season.

After a serious back injury nearly forced him to give up rowing for good, Timken’s love for the sport and personal motivation have only grown.
