Why I Chose Santa Clara: I was recently baptized, confirmed, and I received my first Eucharist this past Easter into the Catholic Church. I needed a school where I can live my faith as well as pursue academics and athletics. Santa Clara is in the perfect position to launch its school name and blast the rankings with its location in the Silicon Valley (I'm a computer science major) the Super Bowl being down the street in 2 years. I'm a competitive person and passionate about my school. I want to be apart of this new Santa Clara. Santa Clara is also a balanced school where it's about an inclusive community. A community as a whole. Santa Clara is the perfect size. I like it when I know everyone when I walk across campus, it feels more like home and Santa Clara was just that.
