Henderson, who played on UCLA’s national championship team in 1995 and played for the Grizzlies … born in Lancaster, Calif. …policital science major.

WHY I CHOSE SANTA CLARA:

"The education, the coaching staff, the location (California!), it was close to home in a really good conference were all reasons that I chose Santa Clara.  That and I was wanted."
