Third Game of Baseball Series vs SJSU Postponed

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The third and final game of the baseball series against San Jose State was postponed due to inclement weather. The game was originally scheduled for Sunday, March 1 at 1 p.m., and should be made up later this season.

The Spartans won the first two games, 5-4 and 10-7, to take the series.

For the weekend, Geoff Klein led the team with six RBIs, while Jon Karcich and Tommy Medica batted .750. Karcich had two runs, three doubles and two RBIs. Medica registered four runs.

The Broncos return to action on Tuesday, March 3 against the Hornets of Sacramento State. First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. at Hornet Field in Sacramento.
