STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State got its offense back on track on Wednesday afternoon, pounding out 15 hits en route to a 12-2 win over Santa Clara at Reynolds Stadium.
The Cowboys, 24-10 overall, got things rolling early, plating three runs in the first two innings. OSU led off the first with back-to-back singles by Brian Kraft and Nebasett Brown. After a sacrifice bunt by Paul Powell, Luke Scott chased both runners home with a single to centerfield.

Cowboy third baseman Paul Powell launched his second grand slam of the week in the sixth to extend the lead to 10-2. The Cushing, Oklahoma native also belted a four-run dinger in Sunday's win over Iowa State.
Brown added his second RBI of the day in the seventh inning and Brad Bouris came home on a balk in the inning to close out the game's scoring.
Freshman righthander Jimmy Rhodes worked five innings and struck out three while upping his mark to 3-0 on the season. Jim DeMartini took the loss for the Broncos and fell to 1-1 on the season.
