Bronco Baseball Schedules Kick-Off Weekend for Feb. 8-9
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – With the start of the 2013 college baseball season just a couple weeks away, Santa Clara baseball will host its Kick Off Weekend on Feb. 8 and 9. The weekend will include a golf tournament at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club, a preseason banquet, an alumni breakfast and the alumni game.
The Golf Tournament will be held on Fri., Feb. 8 at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose, Calif. The 12:00 p.m. shotgun start will feature a four-man scramble, long drive, closest to the pin, putting contest and other competitions. Register now for the Bronco Baseball Golf Tournament!
The Preseason Banquet will be held after the golf tournament on Feb. 8 at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Kevin Walters ('82). The banquet is open to all Santa Clara baseball supporters and will be a great gathering to launch the program into the season. Click here to RSVP for the Bronco baseball Preseason Banquet!
The Alumni Game is scheduled for Sat., Feb. 9 at Schott Stadium. The game pits the current 2013 Broncos against former Bronco baseball players and is free and open to the public. Prior to the game, the baseball team is hosting a special pancake breakfast for former players. Former Bronco Baseball players should contact BCampopiano@scu.edu to RSVP for these two events.
