SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- This weekend hopefully the clouds will depart, the sun will emerge and the spring tradition known as West Coast Conference baseball will begin.
The Santa Clara Broncos host Bay Area rival San Francisco in a three-game series beginning Friday evening at Stephen Schott Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m., while Saturday's and Sunday's single games will each begin at 1 p.m.
The SCU athletic department has created special group packages for teams, families and organizations to come out to Schott Stadium and enjoy America's favorite pastime. Groups of 25 persons or more can receive admission to any game for one-half of the adult general admission ticket price. A special "Super Group" package is also available for groups of 100 persons or more.
Teams are also invited to attend for a special price of $35. The team pass provides admission for 16 youths and two adults and includes a special in-stadium recognition.
In addition, single game general admission and special chairback reserved seats are available.
