SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Bronco Bench Foundation is proud to introduce Comerica Bank as its title sponsor for this year's Endowment Recognition Dinner.

The Bronco Bench Foundation's Endowment Recognition Dinner has long stood as one of its most revered annual events. It is an evening dedicated to honoring and thanking those families and individuals whose generosity has provided endowed and living scholarships for Santa Clara's student-athletes.

Presenting Santa Clara's student-athletes with an opportunity to meet and thank those people who have made it possible for them to attend Santa Clara University, receive a Jesuit education, and compete at the NCAA Division I level; this evening also provides the Bronco Bench Foundation with an opportunity to illustrate to our donors the product of their investment in Santa Clara's student-athletes.

"We've always had a very strong relationship with Santa Clara University and the Bronco Bench Foundation," Bob Muzio, Senior Vice President at Comerica, said. "As a national bank that has been serving the Santa Clara community for over 20 years, we are honored to have the opportunity to present this event."

Peggy Bradshaw, National Small Business Banking Director and a Santa Clara alumna, said, "As a bank, we know the importance of investing in one's community. The Bronco Bench Foundation's Endowment Recognition Dinner is the perfect event for us to sponsor because it reinforces the importance of community investment and helps deserving young men and women to attend a fine University."

Comerica, by adding their support to this year's event will elevate the significance and enhance the atmosphere of this special evening.

Charlie Dougherty Jr. '81, President of the Bronco Bench Foundation, echoed Coonan's comments saying, "Comerica's sponsorship of this event speaks volumes about their commitment to the community. We couldn't be happier to have them as our title sponsor."
