Fabrice Rockich, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Fabrice received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biodynamics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994. In 1998, he earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is board certified as an Orthopedic Specialist. He has a special interest in Sports Medicine, and has worked with male and female athletes of all ages and skill levels. He is certified in Sportsmetrics™, a scientifically proven program for the knee, which focuses on knee injury prevention, ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, and sports performance enhancement. He is certified in Mousekeydo®, an ergonomic keyboard training program. He also has several years experience working with geriatric patients in home care and outpatient settings. He is a member of the Santa Clara University Sports Medicine team and provides physical therapy care to the university's athletes. Fabrice has practiced with the OPTM Group since 1998 and started OPTM Physical Therapy of Saratoga in 2004. He enjoys running, mountain biking, weight lifting and watching professional and collegiate sports.
Robert Lucente, DPT
Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences from Santa Clara University in 2005, and while attending SCU he worked as a student athletic trainer in the sports medicine department. This experience inspired him to pursue a career in physical therapy so that he could expand his rehabilitation skills beyond athletics to the greater population. In 2008 Robert graduated from Mount Saint Mary's College with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree. Currently, he is working on becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and obtaining his Orthopedic Specialist Certification (OCS). He is a member of the Santa Clara University Sports Medicine team and provides physical therapy care to the university's athletes. Robert has practiced at OPTM Physical Therapy of Saratoga since 2010. In his leisure time he enjoys playing tennis, basketball, and running.
Janet Yiu, DPT, CSCS
Janet received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. While at San Jose State, she was a member of the cross country team and served as team captain. Janet received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from teh University of Southern California. Janet has worked at OPTM physical therapy since 2010. She is working towards a certification in sports therapy and orthopedic specialist. In her free time, Janet enjoys running, camping, triathalons, and volunteering at various athletic events.
Kirsten Curb, DPT
Kirsten Curb was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California where she developed a love for all sports and played competitive volleyball and softball. A shoulder injury in college directed her to an interest in the fields of physical therapy and sports medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at California State University Chico and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. She remains an avid athlete and sports and fitness enthusiast and when she's not working you can find her on the volleyball court, softball field, or training at the gym.
Jessica Shuda, PTA
Jessica Schuda was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, NE with a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis on Exercise Science in 2006 and then earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Rosalind Franklin in Chicago, IL in 2010. Jessica chose to pursue a career in physical therapy because it allows her to combine her love of sports and desire to serve the public. Her long-held interest in sports originated in her own participation and success in basketball. Being a native of Chicago, IL, Jessica enjoys following Chicago sports teams, snowboarding, traveling, and playing basketball in her free-time.
