Santa Clara Scholar-Athletes of the Week (Apr. 14-20)

Janalle Kaloi from women's tennis and Ben Hidalgo from men's tennis were named Santa Clara's Scholar-Athletes of the Week.

Janalle Kaloi

The sophomore from Honolulu, Hawaii helped the Broncos to a third place finish at the WCC Tournament this past weekend with two doubles victories and a singles victory. Off the court she posted a 3.54 GPA during the Winter Quarter.

Ben Hidalgo

The sophomore from Plano, Texas helped the Broncos to a 7-0 win over Gonzaga at the WCC Tournament with a doubles and singles victory. Off the court he maintains a 3.53 GPA in the College of Business with an emphasis in Marketing.
